MUSIC DIRECTOR
We seek an enthusiastic, encouraging, and inspiring part-time Music Director. In
this position, you'll guide our congregation’s musical worship experience on Sunday mornings. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Christ, enjoy being part of a team, bring ideas for vitality and engagement, be knowledgeable about diverse musical styles, be flexible, and have the ability to create an inviting and encouraging atmosphere.
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to the following:
Demonstrated choral ability. Ability to play piano, organ, and/or other instruments for rehearsals and worship. Direct choir during weekly rehearsals and during Sunday morning. Recruit and empower volunteers to share their gifts with confidence and joy.
Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching or mentoring singers of various skill levels within a church or community setting. Demonstrated talent in singing and playing organ and piano. Knowledge of diverse musical styles suitable for worship services.
A degree in music (or working toward a degree in music) is helpful.
Hours and Salary: We anticipate this position being 5-8 hours weekly at a rate commensurate with experience. Benefits include flexible hours and paid vacation.

DIRECTOR OF LIFESPAN EDUCATION
We are seeking a part-time Director of Faith Formation to offer and oversee the education program at North Parish. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and experienced with the ability to motivate and engage others. This person will work well with others to create an environment that students, parents, guardians, and volunteers enjoy and look forward to.
We anticipate this position will be approximately 10 hours weekly Sept-May and 5 hours weekly June-Aug. Compensation is $21.50-$23.65 hourly; commensurate with skills and experience.
